Reputation scoring demystified
The 0-100 score that controls whether you get matched. What moves it up and down.
Every reviewer has a reputation score. It's visible on your profile and affects which review requests you see.
Starting score
New users start at 50. Two basic reviews completed (and unflagged) push you to ~60. Detailed reviews rated 4+ push faster. Flagged reviews push down sharply.
How it's calculated

clamped to [0, 100]Rolling window: only your last 20 reviews count. Stop reviewing for 6 months → score decays toward 50. Review badly for a week → score takes months to recover.
What high rep buys you
- Higher-rep reviewers see more high-rep founders in their match queue
- Studio+ plans get priority matching, which basically means the algorithm weights reviewers by rep when pairing them with requests. Being high-rep means you're preferred for higher-stakes reviews.
- Public signal — "rep 84" on your profile implies quality
Low-rep recovery
Deliberate: do 5 detailed reviews on topics where you have strong expertise, take your time, be specific. Rating average of 4.5 pulls you back toward 75 over 30 days.
Visibility of other people's scores
You see reviewer rep when a review comes in so you know how seriously to weight it. You don't see reviewers' reps in the queue when you're picking which app to review — matching is blind from that direction.
