Team workspaces (coming soon)
Studio and Agency plans include team seats. Here's what to expect when teams ship.
Team workspaces are on the roadmap for Studio (2 seats) and Agency (5 seats) tiers. The first version ships by Q3 2026. What's been scoped so far:
Shared apps
An app can be owned by a user or a team. Team-owned apps are visible to every seat. Ideas, drafts, posts, and post-mortems are shared. Individual contribution attribution is preserved (you see who captured each idea, who drafted each post).
Roles
- Owner — billing, member management, deletion
- Admin — everything except billing
- Contributor — create/edit ideas, drafts, posts
- Viewer — read-only access
Voice calibration
Per-team voice profile separate from individual voices. Useful when a team has a unified brand voice that differs from any individual team member. Each seat can still have a personal voice for their own writing.
Peer reviews
Peer review credits are per-team, not per-seat. Any seat can request or complete reviews; the team's reputation score aggregates across contributors.

- Approval workflows for posts (draft → review → publish)
- Per-seat analytics dashboards
- SSO / SAML — Agency-tier enterprise roadmap item
Beta access
Agency customers can request beta access to teams features before the Q3 launch. Email [email protected] with "Teams beta" in the subject.
